The Reserve+Appendix has become an important tool for conscripted men, including those entitled to defer from the conscription to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, there have been complaints lately that the deferral is not displayed in user profiles.

This problem arises in many categories of conscripts, including teachers, large parents and persons who have submitted documents personally or e -mail. The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for digitalization Kateryna Chernororenko reported that the solution to this problem is quite simple. To do this, you need to update the Reserve+Appendix to Version 1.4.3. Check the correctness of the data in the state registers. In case of inaccuracies in the name or tax code, you should refer to technical support. If all the information in the registers is true, the deferral will automatically appear in the application.
The lawyer Marina Bekalo noted that some categories, such as a person with a disability, are faced with problems if they do not have a pension certificate. In such cases, the "Oberig" system should synchronize data with the Pension Fund. If the synchronization does not occur, the conscript will have to contact the territorial centers of staff (CCC) or send documents by mail. The delay from the call is valid for three months. It should be renewed in time to avoid misunderstandings with military institutions.
Despite the technical difficulties, the problem of reflecting the deferral in the Appendix "Reserve+" can be solved without personal access to the CCC. It is important to follow the recommendations for updating the application and verification of data in the state registers.
