The Main Inspection of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (MIMO) has started an investigation into the incident involving the use of weapons by a representative of the Territorial Procurement Center (TCC) in the village of Shchaslyve near Kyiv. The agency reported that the lawfulness of the employee's actions and the justification for using weapons are being analyzed.
On Friday, a video appeared on social networks in which a man in military uniform fires shots while chasing another person. There is currently no information about the victims.
The Ministry of Defense stated that in the case of detection of abuse of official authority or signs of a criminal offense, the materials will be handed over to law enforcement agencies for investigation and further action.
