The grandson of the founder of the famous brand Hermès, 80-year-old Nicolas Pueche, expresses his desire to adopt his Moroccan gardener in order to pass on part of his heritage to him.
The gardener, who was born in Morocco and is now 51 years old, can become the heir to a huge amount - 10 billion euros. However, this process can become problematic due to certain legal restrictions.
It is noted that Nikolay Puesh lives in Switzerland, where there is a legal ban on the adoption of adults. In this regard, the famous heir even turned to lawyers for support in this process.
However, Puesch's plans may face opposition from the Geneva-based Isocrates Foundation. According to the agreement concluded back in 2011, Nikolay Pueš transferred the right to his entire inheritance to the foundation after his death. Thus, there is a possibility of blocking an attempt to adopt and transfer the inheritance to the gardener.
