The United States of America included the Yemeni Houthi movement in the list of international terrorists

In recent months, Antansar Allah's Yemen Movement, known as Husit, has taken unprecedented attacks on US military and international naval vessels in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden. In response to these attacks, the US administration included the Yemeni movement in the list of terrorist organizations.

Michael Sullivan, a representative of the administration, defined these attacks as a classic example of terrorism that threatens the safety of US staff, civilians and international partners. These attacks also violate world trade and threaten the freedom of navigation. Accordingly, it was decided to include Hussites in the list of terrorist organizations to take effective measures against their financial support, restrict access to financial markets and hold responsibility for their actions.

It is stated that if you stop their attacks in the Red Sea and the Gulf, the United States is ready to review their decision. It is emphasized that sanctions will not extend to commercial supplies of food, medicines and fuel to Yemeni ports, and US sanctions will not apply to them. The US decision will be implemented in 30 days in order to ensure an effective humanitarian department and refer to Hussites, not against the people of Yemen.
