Thus, at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, there is a complaint about the actions of the state registrar of Gorokhova Nina Viktorovna, who, using her official position, helped to legalize the criminal raider scheme of illegal seizure of another's property, proper LLC Denis Group.
Denis Group LLC is engaged in the production of textile products of technical and industrial purpose. Economic activity has been carried out since 2017, the company owned the right of private property by non -residential buildings and structures, with a total area of almost 5 thousand square meters, which were located in Kyiv and which was acquired in connection with the receipt of this real estate in the form of a contribution to the authorized capital of the company.
In October-November 2024, representatives of Denis Group LLC became known that their real estate had become the property of an unknown individual. Subsequently, a private notary of the Kyiv City Notary District, Nina Gorokhova, certified the contract of sale and purchase of a non-residential building in favor of the buyer-another natural person and made a decision on state registration of ownership of the object, which is actually due to Denis Group.

In August 2024, the Main Department of the State Geocadastre of Khmelnytsky Oblast at the request of an individual, formed and registered the land plot at the address in Kyiv on the street. 39/7 Nizhnyokkivska, in fact, a land plot of Denis Group LLC is located.
In October 2024, representatives of Denis Group LLC became aware of the stay in their own territory of a group of unknown persons who claimed that they were in the territory of the object of the proper owner - an individual who sells it. Thus, individuals tried to realize the property in an illegal way contrary to the interests of the real owner - Denis Group LLC.
At the same time, private notary Nina Viktorovna assisted these individuals, violating all the instructions, without verification of documents made illegal and unlawful decisions, which resulted in the actual substitution of legal documents and re -registering the rights of one and the property of the real estate.
This is exactly how the private notary Nina Gorokhova, represented by the state registrar, helped legalize the criminal raider scheme of illegal seizure of someone else's property. In fact, the notary provided fictitious and forged documents on the basis of which it registered the ownership of real estate. Representatives of Denis Group LLC filed a complaint against the illegal actions of a private notary of Gorokhova NV.
Already on 05.12.2024 a meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine was held, at which the complaint about the actions of the state registrar in the field of state registration of the rights of Gorokhova NV was carried out. But as of today, the decision has not been made.
We remind that the Anti-Rider Commission of the Ministry of Justice was headed by Viktor Dubovik, who was associated with Andriy Dovbenko (suspected of raiding and corruption ex-ministry , which is currently hiding from justice abroad).
According to our sources, Viktor Dubovik has left its influence on the Ministry of Justice's anti -raider commission and after dismissal and start of work in a new position in the Presidential Office.
