Today, on June 19, the panel of judges of the eighth Administrative Court of Appeal satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice and banned the activities of the Political Party "Our Territory". This was reported by the court press service.
The court also decided to transfer the property, funds and other assets of the party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary centers and other structural entities into the property of the state.
The full text of the decision on the prohibition of the political party will be published on the official sites of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

We will remind, in February 2023 the eighth Administrative Court satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Justice and the Security Service of Ukraine on the ban on the activity of the Party of Regions. Many deputies in the councils of Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea remained with the seats, since after temporary occupation in 2014, elections in these territories were not held.
