On May 12 Dnipro district court of the Dnieper continues , which is accused of People 's Deputy Mykola Tishchenko and Bogdan Pisarenko. The court decided to change the measure of restraint for Tishchenko, transferring it from 24 -hour house arrest to night , which will last from 21:00 to 06: 00 the next day until 12 .
Prosecutor Yakov Slyusarenko filed a request for a precautionary measure, and the court admitted it for consideration. All hearings relate to a case in which Tishchenko and Pisarenko are suspected of illegally imprisonment and beating Dmitry Masochi, an exhibit of a special unit of Kraken. The lawyers of the accused object against long -term precautions . lawyer , Elena Chernova, noted that a 24 -hour house arrest violates human rights since its term exceeds 6 months, which is unacceptable under the Convention Rights . Therefore, she asked to replace 24 -hour house arrest for night. The case concerns the events in the Dnieper, where Tishchenko, according to the investigation, may be involved in illegally imprisonment and beating of the former Kraken fighter Dmitry Masohi. Investigators claim that the deputy and Pisarenko forcibly kept and beat the man. However, despite the prosecution, Tishchenko did not appear at several court hearing, including 20 and 23 , as well as 10 .
