In Ukraine, the rate of mobilization has been markedly decreasing compared to summer indicators. This decline, which began in September, recently commented on MPs, including a representative of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Solomiya Bobrovsk.
According to Bobrovskaya, after August, the mobilization was reached by the General Staff, but in the fall the figures began to decline. Currently, there is a real likelihood that by December the plan of the General Staff will not be fulfilled for the current year or this month. "We are back again, unfortunately, to the situation of spring 2024," she said on the program "Says Great Lviv".
Bobrovskaya explained that one of the reasons for this situation was the losses in combat teams that forced the command to transfer servicemen. In addition, the mobilization process is influenced by the stay of part of men outside the military service, which, according to the deputy, complicates their search.
At the same time, a petition was appeared on the website of the President of Ukraine on November 1 on the mobilization of women to the Armed Forces, whose authors the husband was indicated. In five days the petition was signed by 318 people, including 54 men and the rest - women.
