The terminals of the Odessa port of the South will allocate $ 400,000 to create additional moving air defense groups in order to protect the city of Odessa and its inhabitants from possible attacks.
According to the press service of the terminal "Tis-grain," half of this amount, namely $ 200 thousand, will be allocated by the Hungarian owner of the group "TIS" Alexei Fedorichev. An important step in this direction was the appointment of the Alexei Stavnizer Charitable Foundation for the distribution of funds and control over the performance of the project.
The purchased equipment for movable air defense groups will be transferred to the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which have already submitted appropriate requests to the Fund. Currently, the amount and type of equipment that is planned to be purchased for these funds remain confidential for safety reasons.
The Tiser Terminal is the Ukrainian Maritime Terminal for Grain Transfer, and was founded in 1999. The owner of 100% of the terminal shares is the Hungarian businessman Alexei Fedorichev. The terminal is located in the water area of the port "South" northeast of Odessa and has considerable capacity for transshipment and storage of grain.
