The US President believes that his candidacy will help stimulate economic growth and strengthen the international partnership between the US and Panama.
Trump also noted that Kabrera has a deep understanding of Latin American policy, and therefore he is able to effectively represent the US interests in Panama, fulfilling an important mission in the development of bilateral relations.
