US President Donald Trump has intended to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to him, negotiations can just arrange an appropriate meeting. He stated this during a business circular table in Abu Dhabi, reports Reuters on Friday, May 16.
"I will meet Putin as soon as we can organize it," Trump said, commenting on future contacts with the Russian leader.
The US President also confirmed that Washington was returning after the Gulf Countries have completed his tour, which included visits to the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
In the context of the expected negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, which should take place in Turkey, Trump briefly stated: "Let's see what will happen to Russia and Ukraine."
