Ukraine handed over to Turkey a package of projects that provide for the reconstruction of key infrastructure facilities in 2025. According to the agreements between countries, Turkish companies will be able to participate in the implementation of these initiatives. According to the Turkish edition of Türkiye , tenders to attract contractors will be announced in April-May.
Recently representatives of the Turkish Embassy in Kiev and the leadership of the State Agency for Development and Updating Ukraine Infrastructure held a meeting. It summarized the results of Turkish companies and discussed the plans for further cooperation.
The Ukrainian side stressed that the process of rebuilding the country is continuing, and in the spring tenders will be announced for the priority. Among the key areas of recovery in 2025 is determined:
- Reconstruction of customs checkpoints,
- Construction of new roads,
- Creation of a national system of paid highways.
In addition, the Ukrainian side handed over to Turkish partners a dossier with other important initiatives. They include projects in the energy sphere, development of social housing and modernization of water supply systems.
Turkey has repeatedly assisted Ukraine in the implementation of large -scale infrastructure. Turkish companies are actively involved in the reconstruction of bridges, roads and residential complexes destroyed as a result of the war. Involving the experience and technologies of Turkish contractors will facilitate the country's faster and more reconstruction.
