Tyshchenko broke his phone to hide "state secrets" - lawyer

According to the new revelations, which became known from the court order, MP Mykola Tishchenko tried to destroy the evidence during the search by breaking their phones, because there were "state secrets".

The real drama unfolded during investigative actions when Tishchenko, according to his lawyer, destroyed devices that allegedly contained important information, including "state secrets" and "correspondence" with Ukrainian officials and Western partners.

This act occurred against the backdrop of searches conducted in the case of attack on the exbisite of the special unit of Kraken Dmitry Pavlov. It is known that the video from the scene shows how a group of people in military uniform attacked Pavlov when he walked with the baby. Telegram channels are actively discussing the possible involvement of Tishchenko in the conflict.

Tyshchenko's lawyer opposed the arrest of phones, claiming that the main purpose of the prosecution is to access materials containing state secrets that deputies try to hide. Tishchenko denies the accusation, but his actions cannot but be suspicious. Can it be that MPs really have something to hide? And why is the attempt to destroy the evidence right now?

The issue of a laptop removed during searches was also discussed. The lawyer stated that this device did not belong to Tyshchenko, but was found near the deputy because it was left by other people.
