In the Dnieper, a lawsuit continues with the participation of MP Mykola Tyshchenko, a former fighter of the Kraken unit Dmitry Masohi and Bohdan Pisarenko's exponential. This meeting became the first when Tishchenko personally appeared in court.
Dmitry Masoh is also present in the court, who is a victim in the case and requires Tyshchenko and Pisarenko compensation of UAH 35 million. He plans to transfer this amount to support the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Masoha accuses Tyshchenko and Pisarenko of causing him bodily harm.
At the previous meeting, on January 27, a decision on a preventive measure for Tishchenko was made - he was appointed two months of 24 -hour house arrest. The court of that day was to proceed to the indictment.
