In Finland, Airbnb invites families to stay in Santa's house for free

The housing rental platform Airbnb announces a unique opportunity for families: a free three-day stay in Santa's house in Finnish Lapland. But to get this incredible experience, you need to work a little.

The city of Rovaniemi, which is located behind the Arctic Circle, is famous as the real home of Santa Claus. Here you can have fun in the amusement park, ride reindeer and visit the post office, which receives almost 30,000 letters every day.

Families wishing to take a peek inside Santa's house will have to sort letters to Santa, stamp envelopes with an official Arctic Circle postmark, and perform other tasks of the chief elf. In addition, while enjoying a stay in a house decorated with traditional Lapland decor and equipped with bunk beds for children and a wardrobe with elf clothes, the family will have the opportunity to taste Finnish food, ride a snowmobile, see the northern lights and enjoy the sauna.

Families can apply until December 11 at 12:00 Kyiv (and Finnish) time. Visit Finland undertook to reimburse the costs of Finnair flights to and from London Heathrow Airport to Rovaniemi.
