On March 2, there will be an important summit in London, where the leaders of continental Europe, as well as representatives of the European Union and NATO, will gather. The UK Prime Minister, Kir Starmer, has invited more than a dozen European leaders to discuss the situation in Ukraine and security issues in Europe, the British Prime Minister reported.
Before the main summit, which will take place later on Sunday, the older will have a morning telephone conversation with the leaders of the Baltic States and will meet with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on Down Street to discuss the situation with the war in Ukraine. Leaders of France, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Turkey, as well as EU and NATO representatives will also take part in the summit.
According to information, the summit also invited leaders of the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Finland, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Romania. The British Prime Minister's office also hopes for the participation of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and the Chairman of the European Commission Ursula Fon Der Lyen and the President of the European Council Anthony.
The Summit will also negotiate face-to-face with Italy Prime Minister George Meloni. They intend to discuss the results of previous negotiations that have recently been held in Paris with the participation of French President Emmanuel Macron.
