The world's first "Museum of Homelessness" was opened in London

In London, the world's first Museum of Homelessness was opened, which offers a unique opportunity to learn about the lives of homeless people.

The museum was founded in 2015, but for almost 10 years did not have a permanent location and periodically traveled.

According to BBC London and Bloomberg, it is now located in the French Park in the north of London.

The museum is currently an interactive exposition called "How to survive the Apocalypse", which lasts 90 minutes.

Museum volunteers share stories of objects that were donated by homeless people, talking about their origin and meaning.

For example, a wooden stick with a handle served as a makeshift crutch for a homeless man who suffered from back pain.

"We want to change the way we talk about homelessness. It is not only victims and sensations, but also about wisdom and creativity," - said the Museum Manager Adam Hemming.

The exposition will be available by November 30, and the number of visitors is simultaneously limited to 25 people.

The Museum of Homelessness not only offers windows, but also uses a variety of formats such as excursions, exhibitions, poetry and communication.
