A shocking incident occurred in the Fili-Davidkovo district of Moscow, when an unknown man opened fire with a machine gun on a passerby, which led to his instant death. The event happened next to the construction site on Oleksia Sviridov Street.
According to the Moscow prosecutor's office, the body of a man born in 1989 was found with signs of violent death from bullet wounds.
According to the report, the gunman fired at least four shots: two to the head, one to the body and another that missed the target. Then he added several shots to the wounded man's head to ensure death.
The sound of shots was heard in different parts of the district, eyewitnesses testify.
"At first four shots rang out, and after a few seconds there were four more. It was heard on Kuntsevska Street," said one of the local residents.
"This person was moving with a machine gun and shooting randomly. My daughter and her children happily managed to escape," another eyewitness added.
The police were looking for a man who fled into one of the houses. The scene was surrounded, medics and law enforcement officers were working.
According to the reports of the Russian mass media, the attacker who shot was managed to be detained.
According to information spread through Telegram channels, 34-year-old Konstantin Balyshanskyi, son of Mediasystem Group chairman Andriy Balyshanskyi, was shot in Moscow. This company specializes in wholesale sales of communication equipment and technical media.
There is also speculation in Russian Telegram channels that this terrible act may be an assassination.
