Over the last seven days, the Prozorro system has published a notification of purchase of UAH 18.09 billion. Of these, UAH 4.25 billion went to fortifications and protective structures in the frontal regions. According to these contracts, for reasons of secrecy, the estimated prices of building materials are not published, which does not allow them to compare them with market.
The largest in a row of the week received an absolute newcomer. Last autumn, the Ukrainian power LLC was just beginning to participate in tenders and after several contracts, less than one million hryvnias received a row of the state plant "EastGZK" for the supply of electricity in the amount of UAH 489 million.
The customer provided good conditions for the supplier - 70% of the prepayment before the billing period. Also, the electricity pricing formula provides an attachment to a RDN with a factor of 1.0, that is, the supplier will profit during the purchase in the market of bilateral contracts and sale at a higher market price per day. But for some reason, no one went to bidding.
