A warehouse with North Korean KN-23 ballistic missiles was destroyed in the Voronezh region of Russia. This was reported by military expert Oleksandr Musienko. According to him, rockets were launched from this warehouse, and the explosions lasted for several hours.
Local sources confirm that in the Voronezh region, on the night of September 7, a drone attacked an ammunition warehouse in the village of Soldatske, Ostrogozka district. As a result of the impact, a fire started, which spread to explosive objects, causing detonation. Residents of the surrounding areas were evacuated, and a state of emergency was introduced in the area.
According to Musienko, the destruction of the warehouse is part of a strategy to weaken the missile potential of Russia, which is looking for weapons around the world. North Korean KN-23 missiles located in the warehouse could have been used to attack Ukrainian cities, but this arsenal was destroyed.
The Russian authorities are trying to minimize the consequences of the incident, but the detonation of ammunition, which lasts for hours, indicates serious losses for the Russian army.
