In Ukraine, they plan to test a new digital management system of apartment buildings (SBB). This is an experimental project aimed at modernizing and digitizing the processes of housing management. The pilot project will last for two years, during which the key functions of the system will be tested. The main purpose of the initiative is to simplify housing management and make this process more transparent.
The introduction of SBB will open new prospects for co -owners of apartment buildings. The system will: create a single digital standard for housing management that will be clear and unified for everyone. Provide access to information on the technical condition of homes. This applies not only to the current state of property, but also to the necessary repairs or modernization. Collect analytical and statistics. This will help make sound decisions both at the local level and at the state.
One of the key advantages of the subBS is the fight against human factor and fraud. Thanks to the digital management format, residents of homes will be able to meet and vote online, see real -time results, and control the activities of the administration. Thus, the system minimizes corruption risks.
The implementation of the project will identify the following key aspects: procedures and requirements for the system. This applies to both administration and data. Management structure. It will prescribe the functions of administrators and the rights of co -owners. Register of management of apartment buildings. All houses involved in the project will be included in a single registry. In addition, SBB will be integrated with a single state electronic system in the field of construction, which will gather all important data on homes in one database. The introduction of such a system will provide a new level of comfort and transparency for residents of apartment buildings. They will be able to quickly learn about the state of their property, review financial statements, and participate in the management of the house without the need to physically attend the meeting.
If the pilot project shows its efficiency, the subBS can be a compulsory standard for housing management throughout Ukraine. This will not only improve the quality of services for the co -owners, but also allow the state to plan more effectively for the cost of modernization and development of housing infrastructure.
