In the first half of 2025, Ukraine received 526.8 million hryvnias (including VAT) for the right to use state agricultural lands within the project “Land Bank”. This was reported by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
From January 1 to July 1, online auctions were announced through the ProZorro.Se. As a result, 388 successful bidding took place, resulting in agreements. About 30 thousand hectares have already been transferred to agricultural producers in legal use on transparent and competitive conditions.
The average cost of a hectare under signed contracts is UAH 17.4 thousand. Four participants claimed an average of one lot, which contributed to a significant increase in rates - on average five times from the starting price.
In total, more than 2500 applications participated in the auction, mainly from small and medium -sized agricultural enterprises. This testifies to the constant interest of the business in the transparent sublease of state land.
The largest competition is recorded in the Chernihiv region - an average of 9 participants per lot. Farmers from Poltava and Cherkasy region (5 participants per lot) also took an active part. At the same time, the Poltava region became the leader at the highest average price of a hectare - 34.4 thousand UAH with VAT.
The record amount was paid for the largest site - more than 3969 hectares in the Kirovograd region. The winner of the auction has concluded the contract and paid an annual sub -rate of UAH 78.6 million with VAT. This land was named "Land Bank Diamond".
As of mid -July, 757 plots for sublease are available in 16 regions of Ukraine. The largest of them - 661 hectares - is located in the Nikolaev area, with a starting value of UAH 2.4 million. The smallest lot is in Transcarpathia: only 0.02 hectares at a price of 57.94 UAH. The largest sections are now presented in the Kharkiv region - 311 lots.
In general, the results of the six months demonstrate the efficiency of the Land Bank project, which combines transparent procedures with real profit for the state and agricultural business.
