Since the beginning of 2025, Ukrainian citizens have declared UAH 88.2 billion. This is 59% more than the same period last year. This was reported by the Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko.
According to him, as of April 14, more than 104 thousand declarations of property and income have already been submitted to the tax authorities, which is 101% of the volume of last year's campaign during the same period.
Kravchenko also noted that citizens independently determined the payment of UAH 1.3 billion in personal income tax, which is 40% more than last year. In addition, the amount of military fee, which taxpayers have to pay, increased to UAH 235.2 million - by 47% more than in 2024.
Particularly noteworthy is the increase in the number of payers who have declared more than UAH 1 million. There are 7 thousand such persons. The total amount of income declared by them is UAH 50.5 billion. At the same time, 53 people declared more than 100 million hryvnias each, in total - 16 billion hryvnias.
The largest number of millionaires is registered in Kiev - 2 230 people. Next are the Kyiv region (745 people), Lviv (651) and Dnipropetrovsk (615).
Separately reports the growth of declared income from abroad. In 2025, 2,914 declarations were filed for such income for a total amount of UAH 2.8 billion, which is UAH 1.2 billion more than the previous year.
The DPS urges citizens to file tax returns in a timely manner and remind that the declaration campaign will last until May 1 for those who are obliged to do so, and until December 31 - for those who want to exercise the right to a tax rebate.
