What will be the regulation in the labor market in the future?

The government has published a new Labor Code for discussion, and the approach to discussing a strategic document before official registration in parliament is correct. The text proposes a whole complex of novel, which will significantly change the relationship of a hired employee and employer, and in favor of the latter. All details of the workplace can be included in the contract, without restrictions created by the laws on remuneration or leave. Working time, excess work, pension insurance and facilitated dismissal procedure are not a complete list of proposals. According to employers, it will facilitate business and increase investment attractiveness.

Trade unions are already criticizing the proposed norms. It is time to speak to politicians soon. In Ukraine, there were no parties that would represent the interests of employees. If I'm not mistaken, British Labor does not have a partner in Ukraine. The Ukrainian political class, as a rule, is left -pointed by slogans and oligarchic in essence. The term "left parties" itself is considered abusive and is associated solely with the prohibited communists.

Therefore, in the discussion between employers and employees, bookmakers will probably make unambiguous rates. Only the threat of holding some elections can affect the timing of decisions on the new Labor Code, but not the overall trend.
