The German government has decided to classify information about the specific types of weapons supplied to Ukraine. This was stated by the Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany Johan Vadeful during the European Forum WDR on May 27. According to him, this decision is made for the sake of security and that Russia could not predict the nature of deliveries in advance.
Vadeful emphasized that, despite the lack of public ads about the types of weapons, Germany continues to supply weapons to Ukraine in sufficient volumes to help the country effectively protect itself. He also noted that the entire ruling coalition of Germany, which includes the CDU/CSS and SDPN parties, is completely solidarity on the issue of military support of Ukraine.
Earlier, Germany has publicly announced only some large deliveries, including the Taurus winged missiles, but now the government has changed the approach to make its actions less predictable to Russia. This will maintain the efficiency and safety of military aid supply chains.
Thus, despite the lack of detailed messages, the support of Ukraine by Germany is maintained at a high level, which is an important factor in confronting aggression.
