According to the order of the commandant of the Kherson region of March 28, 2024, a special regime of entry and exit was introduced in the region. This was reported in the Kherson Regional Military Administration (OVA).
The main purpose of implementing such a regime is to ensure proper organization and control of the bandwidth at checkpoints. This applies to both citizens of Ukraine and foreigners and stateless persons.
