The Supreme Anti -Corruption Court chose a preventive measure in the form of a pledge for acting Head of the State Customs Service Sergey Zvyagintsev. The pledge is set at 60 560 UAH. This is the maximum collateral provided for by law for such a crime.
Zvyagintsev is suspected of entering deliberately false information to the declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state. He is charged with a crime under Part 2 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The court supported the position of the SAP prosecutor and imposed procedural obligations on the suspect. Sergey Zvyagintsev has been performing the duties of the head of the State Customs Service since 2023.
