The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine published the results of an introductory campaign for a magistracy in 2023 and a rating of universities, to which students applied for budget places. According to the data provided, the most popular educational institutions for entrants were:
- Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv - 510 applications.
- Ivan Franko National University of Lviv - 319 applications.
- Vadim Hetman National University of Kyiv - 259 applications.
These universities have taken the leading positions on the number of applications for entry into budgetary places. According to fixed budgets, the largest number of applications came to the following educational institutions:
- National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after
- Igor Sikorsky ”(NTUU“ KPI ”) - 1632 statements.
- Lviv Polytechnic National University - 1082 applications.
- Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv - 943 statements.
It was also stated that the city of Kyiv, Kharkiv and Lviv region is the leaders in the number of applications submitted.

In addition, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine reported that 100 centers of practical training were founded, which provide an opportunity to obtain a profession in various fields. These centers will focus on the training of specialists needed to restore the country. The regions of Ukraine will be able to earn money on the development of these centers, which will facilitate the creation of new jobs and training of citizens.
