In Moscow, on December 17, an explosion on the Ryazan Prospect occurred, which resulted in two Russians. According to Russian pro-government Telegram-channels Shot and Mash, among the dead-the head of the troops of radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Armed Forces of Russia, Lieutenant General Igor Kirilov, as well as his assistant.
The explosion came at 06:11 in the morning. Eyewitnesses report that a few hours before this, the unknown parked at the porch of the Snecate house, which was attached to the handle of a homemade explosive device. Previously, detonation could be performed remotely. Probably, the blast or his accomplice were not even in close proximity, but could access the porch camera, since such cameras are available in many residential complexes.
The explosion damaged the access door of the house, knocked out the windows, and damaged the General's office car. The second killed was the driver of Kirillov, who arrived at him about 6 am to take him to work.
Currently, the territory around the house is being inspected by sappers. The explosive scooter will be sent for examination to find out the details of the blast.
