In the Kiev region, a senior laboratory assistant of the Department of Nuclear Physics, Ivan Franko University of Lviv, was found. The man was abducted by the employees of the territorial center of acquisition and social support (TCC) in Lviv and illegally kept during the day.
According to the teacher of teacher Vladislav Kononov, Stepan Bilchenko was detained in the morning when he went to work. He was delivered to the Lychakiv-Galm ORCC and JV to update the credentials. During the medical examination, Bilchenko, suffering from obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OAS), did not receive proper medical care and did not even visit some doctors. Despite the presence of two reasons for delay from mobilization (university service and alternative service on religious beliefs), the teacher received a summons and was forced to sign a document confirming his arrival on his own call. A few hours after the detention, Bilchenko was sent to Kyiv region. After rapid mobilization and departure to Kyiv, the man was found on the sidelines of the routes with serious injuries. In the hospital he was diagnosed with brain swelling, a fracture of the skull and hematoma. His condition is currently critical.
