As shampoo can spoil your hair

Choosing shampoo is not just about a pleasant aroma or a bright label. A corrosive formula that will not only help the hair, but also provokes its loss, can be hidden behind the good packaging. That is why it is important to be able to "read" shampoo not for advertising, but in composition.

Shampoos have different purposes - to combat dandruff, moisturize, protect dyed hair, cleanse or volume. But regardless of the category, you should pay attention to several key features that may indicate potential harm.

If the shampoo foams too well, it may mean the presence of thickeners such as sodium chloride (salt) or polyethylene glycol. These substances wash not only dirt, but also natural moisture from the hair, making it dry and brittle.
Do not trust the texture - contact. Brightly aromatic shampoos can contain diamethanolamine or trietanolamine - synthetic flavors that dry hair and irritate the scalp. Choose soft, neutral odors - often they are the most delicate. The scalp, like the skin of the face, needs oxygen. If aggressive ingredients clog pores, it disrupts oxygen metabolism, causes itching, irritation and ultimately - hair loss. After washing, the head quickly itches or peeling appears - change the shampoo.

Experts advise to avoid brightly colored remedies with too strong smell and excessive foam. It is better to choose shampoos with natural components, soft pairs (surfactants) and without aggressive flavors.
