Ukraine continues to increase the production of drones, which is a key element of modern war. According to the Director of the Procurement Department of the Defense Defense Policy Gleb Kenevsky, in 2025 the Ministry of Defense plans to buy 4.5 million FPV-oules.
This is three times more than last year, when the Armed Forces received 1.5 million drones. 2023-thousands of drones were purchased, 1.5 million UAVs were purchased together with the State Special Communication Service, 2025-4.5 million FPV-pans, full funding has already been provided. Financing: UAH 110 billion was allocated for the purchase of drones in 2025, UAH 102 billion will be distributed by the Defense Procurement Agency, 96% of the funds are directed to Ukrainian producers that develops the domestic UAV industry. The launch of a state -owned UAV enterprise (announced in January) will increase competition. The control of the Ministry of Defense and the minimum margins will contribute to the efficient use of funds. Increasing the production of FPV-oils will quickly saturate the front with advanced technologies. The United Kingdom purchases Altius 600m and Altius 700m drones for Ukraine. A contract for £ 30 million will provide the Armed Forces with additional multi -purpose drones.
Ukraine is becoming a world leader in the production of FPV. A sharp increase in the number of drones increases the efficiency of the Armed Forces on the battlefield. Reducing dependence on imports and development of their own defense industry. Reduilders play a key role in the modern war, and large-scale production of FPV-punks can be a strategic advantage of Ukraine in the struggle for victory.
