Fresh estimates and ratings of car owners' satisfaction have revealed a number of interested facts in the world of car brands. Experts have analyzed and found that the owners of PORSCHE models in the premium segment and Buick in the mass market show the highest level of satisfaction with their own cars.
The average owners' satisfaction rating increased to 793 points out of 1000, showing some improvement compared to the previous year, when it was 786 points. The owners of mass cars estimated prices by 8.04 out of 10 points in 2023, slightly lower compared to 8.14 points in 2020.
In the top of the premium brands, Porsche heads with the rating of the owners at 840 points, followed by Infiniti with 832 points and Alfa Romeo with 824 points. In the mass market, Buick, GMC and Chevrolet were among the leaders, gaining 824, 821 and 812 points, respectively.
These estimates certify the confident position of several automotive brands in the hearts of their owners, and also allow to monitor trends in the field of satisfaction of consumers of car brands.
