List # 1. Preferential retirement. For women: age : from 45 years. Total experience : at least 15 years and 6 months. Harm experience : at least 7 years and 6 months . For men. Age : from 50 years. Total experience : at least 20 years and 6 months. Harmful experience : at least 10 years . List # 1 covers the most dangerous professions, such as miners, metallurgical workers chemical industry, nuclear facilities , etc.
List # 2 for women. Age : from 50 years. Total experience : from 20 years and 6 months. Experience in harmful conditions : at least 10 years. List # 2 for men. Age : from 55 years. Total experience : from 25 years and 6 months. Harm experience : at least 12 years and 6 months . List # 2 includes workers whose working conditions are less dangerous, but are still recognized as having a detrimental effect on health ( welders, drivers, cement industry workers , etc.).
Pension by age on preferential terms is assigned at the place of work or in the Pension Fund on the basis of the employment record, certificates and confirmation of working conditions . All documents must be issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
