The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, known for her virtuoso ability to comment on events with faith in invisible victories, did not pump again. According to her, the attacks of Ukrainian forces on the Kursk region is a tactical attempt to distract Russia's armed forces from Donbass and Slobozhanshchina. It turns out that Kyiv, or more precisely its "Zelensky regime", has suffered a fiasco in its direct mission.
"The main purpose - to distract the Russian armed forces from Donbass and Slobozhanshchina - the regime of Zelensky has not reached," Zakharova said, while trying to convince the world that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation firmly hold the defense of Kursk, where "Ukrainian fighters" broke through.
Zakharova also assures that attacks on the Kursk region are nothing but a "fault situation" for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass. She accuses Ukrainians of "complicity of NATO patrons", and does not even exclude that these attacks are hiding a general strategy that fully confirms the relevance of the goals of the Russian "special operation".
Well, at the moment, the Armed Forces of Ukraine seem quite successful in their operation, which began on August 6, and already actively occupy one settlement after another. The Kremlin military and even Putin himself seemed not ready for such developments. As a result, a new wave of dissatisfaction appeared on the stage: the chairman of the PEC "Paladin" Alexei Zakrevsky appealed to the Russian military, calling for Putin to overthrow, accusing him of the complete inability to ensure a normal course of events in the country. Moreover, he notes that Ukrainian drones can now fly freely over Russia, which was completely unthinkable before.
So, as long as Zakharova is in a matter of how Ukrainians have not been able to achieve their goals, reality dictates completely different conditions. And perhaps this is the best illustration of the modern realities of "special operation", where most grand applications are replaced by real losses and dissatisfaction within the aggressor country.
