Due to the action "Action", Ukrainians have the opportunity to make four types of social assistance and use a number of social services, the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine on the social network Facebook reported.
Innovation allows citizens to seek social assistance in adoption, children with serious illnesses, persons with disabilities from childhood and for children of single mothers. Currently, these types of social assistance receive more than 600 thousand people.
In addition, the action can conveniently design a variety of social services online, including the integrated service "Omalaatko" and receiving various references.
A whole series of adoption services has already been implemented as part of the application, starting with online consultations. Citizens can be registered as candidates for adoption, similar applications can be submitted for guardianship, care and acceptance.
At the moment, the information exchanges of the Unified Social Register are underway for the purpose of automation, speed and verification of the decision -making process on social support.
It is worth noting that in the conditions of a full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine digital services, in particular the application "Action", demonstrated their reliability. This application available 14 digital documents and more than 130 online services.
