Armed violence has reigned in this Caribbean country since February 29. The gangs burned down several police stations, seized two prisons, and freed more than 4,000 prisoners. Hundreds of local residents were killed, more than 15 thousand had to leave their homes.

Earlier, the Prime Minister's plane was not allowed to land at the airport of the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince, and he was locked outside the country.

Meanwhile, from the States, it is reported that Florida border guards in Miami have been put on high alert, ordered to prepare for a wave of migration from Haiti after the country was seized by gangs.
