Zelensky made personnel changes in regional administrations

On April 17, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky made some important personnel decisions to change the leadership of regional military administrations. The relevant decrees were published on the official website of the Presidential Office.

One of the main changes was the release of Vladimir Artyukh from the post of chairman of the Sumy Regional Military Administration. In his place, the President was appointed Oleg Grigorov, who had previously headed the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Luhansk region since 2021. Grigorov also has considerable experience in law enforcement agencies, and in 2024 he received the title of third -rank police general.

Volodymyr Artyukh headed the Sumy Ova for two years, from April 2023, and has left the post against the background of new personnel permutations, which are aimed at increasing the efficiency of the authorities on the ground during the war.

Another personnel decision concerns the Luhansk Regional Military Administration. The President released Artem Lisogor from the post of Ova chairman and appointed Alexei Kharchenko to his place. Lisogor also worked in this position for two years. Alexei Kharchenko, before his appointment, headed the city military administration of the temporarily occupied Severodonetsk from 2024. It is known that in 2020-2023 Kharchenko was a deputy of the Zhytomyr city council from the party "Servant of the People" and worked at the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine.

The changes also touched the Kherson City Military Administration: the President released Roman Mrochko, who headed this administration since March 2023.
