Oleksandr Zinchenko, a well -known player and player in the English Club Arsenal, shared plans for his Cyber Sports team PASSION UA. Zinchenko, who has long supported the Ukrainian Cyber Sports Scene, expressed ambitions on the development and future of his organization.
The main purpose for the next year is to get into the top 20 of the world cyber-sports teams. Zinchenko stressed that the team intends to continue to participate in Major tournaments, and they are tuned for stable development. "We have a clear goal-to get into the TOP-20 and go to each subsequent Major. I do not see any obstacles in achieving this goal. We are ready for three Majoor cycles to show the team to show our best results," the football player said.
Zinchenko also noted the importance of developing the team not only in the Ukrainian market but also beyond. Despite the fact that the team was originally focused on Ukrainian players, after a few changes in the composition, the organization began to consider the possibility of attracting foreign players. However, according to Zinchenko, they managed to collect the strongest composition of Ukrainian cyber transportmen, which, according to the football player, is the key to success.
As for the internal management of the team, Zinchenko noted that although he does not interfere with the processes within the team, he is always ready to support the players. "I try not to climb into the middle, I find out information from other people from the organization. But when I feel that I need some spit, I can gather guys and motivate. In the inner kitchen I do not climb, there is a coach, there are other people who know what to do," Zinchenko said.
Zinchenko emphasized the importance of the atmosphere in the team, noting that mutual respect and team spirit are the main components of success in cybersport. He also added that the team has several players who can play the role of a captain who adds flexibility in the control process.
In general, Zinchenko left a positive impression, demonstrating a mature and prudent attitude to the development of PASSION UA. Obviously, he sees cybersport as an important component of his activity outside the football field and has ambitions to make his team one of the strongest in the international arena.
