In 2024-2025 there was a significant change in the structure of territorial centers of acquisition and social support (TCC) in Ukraine. According to Colonel Vitaliy Tkachenko, Head of Personnel Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, almost 70% of servicemen who had no restrictions on health were transferred to combat units. This happened as part of the adaptation of military structures to the requirements of the war in the east of Ukraine.
The composition of the shopping center changed since the fall of 2024, when a significant number of soldiers who were in the reserve were sent directly to the advanced units. Land troops emphasize that this decision made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency and combat capability of the army in the conditions of active fighting. According to representatives of the command, every serviceman who is suitable for service was sent to the front to strengthen the combat forces of the Armed Forces.
Changes in the system of staffing of the military have become part of the overall strategy of optimization and strengthening of the country's defense capability. In the face of an active war, it is important to respond quickly to the needs of the front and to provide the required number of military people on the front line, where the situation on the line of contact is extremely difficult and changes daily.
This decision was the result of constant mobilization of efforts aimed at effective confrontation between aggression. The military circles emphasize that it is important to have enough strength to protect territorial integrity, so such a decision to transfer the military from the CCC is necessary to strengthen the country's defense.
