A new section has appeared on Ukrainian job search sites, which invites employers to give a reservation from mobilization. This is a business response to updated booking criteria.
"On work.ua, a separate section and a vacancy filter have been introduced stating that the company is boating employees. Now it is much easier to find such offers and respond to them," the site reported.
In a business war, it is increasingly difficult to find workers, especially for critical sectors of the economy and for ensuring the life of citizens. However, the government gives such companies the opportunity to reserve employees, which can make them more attractive to potential workers.
"Therefore, we have made an option of vacancies that it is stated that the company bones employees to a certain position. This will help to find the right people for teams, development of enterprises and support the economy of the country, and candidates will allow you to find interesting proposals faster," - added on works.ua.
