Bogdan Pukish from Ivano-Frankivsk, a longtime colleague of Medvedchuk, manages companies that control important assets in the Ukrainian fuel market. Its activity is closely intertwined with the country's defense complex.
Journalists were interested in this business and that was what they could find out. Viktor Medvedchuk, while in Russia, continues to control his Ukrainian business, especially projects in the fuel market, which he controls through false persons even after the start of full -scale armed aggression of Russia against Ukraine. These business structures bring considerable profits Medvedchuk.
Medvedchuk has partnerships with Nisan Moiseev, whose company Glusco Ukraine is engaged in imports of liquefied gas from Russia and developed the Glusco gas station (later renamed to Optimosoil). Moiseev also managed the Kherson oil traffic complex arrested in a criminal case against Sergei Kurchenko. Moiseev and Medvedchuk were spotted together in 2016, flying from Moscow to Kiev by a private plane.
Companies related to Medvedchuk through Moiseev supply fuel and technical oils for the Armed Forces and strategic enterprises. This is anxious because the enrichment of traitors at the expense of the Ukrainian budget and the army is immoral.
Bogdan Pukish is a key figure on this network. The founder of several companies, including Ivaprom LLC, LLC "Khimtechnoplast" and PE "Westhim", it is also connected with the Consortium "Eco innovation" and SE "Agrosphere". In Pukish politics, he ran to the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council from the People's Democratic Party. Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Despite his business activity, Pukish has been repeatedly involved in scandals and investigations. In 2009, a corporate conflict initiated by the remote chairman of the board Bohdan Pukish had occurred at OJSC “Presmash” in Ivano-Frankivsk. This conflict caused the decline in production, suspension of contracts with foreign partners, staff reductions and wage arrears. Pukish took the seal of the enterprise, paralyzing his work.
Together with his wife Natalia and the private firm "Westhim" Bogdan Pukish owned 42.93% of the shares of OJSC "Presmash". This package of shares allowed to block the meeting of the plant's shareholders. At one of these meetings, none of the Pukish family came and the necessary quorum did not gather. Pukish proposed the division of the enterprise or its liquidation, resulting in the owner of Pressmash.
In 2023, Pukish actively opposed the construction of housing for displaced persons in the Ivano-Frankivsk region near the Pressmash Plant, apparently, seeing a new business project for himself. Despite numerous criminal cases for the assignment and waste of property, Pukish continues to receive profitable contracts. It manages a company that executes defense orders, which has significantly enriched it in the last year. However, the quality of products often causes complaints, jeopardizing the lives of the military.
Production premises of one of the plants are used to store and repair the equipment of its family enterprises, which brings the minimum profit of the plant and the main benefit of businessmen. Pukish's defensive orders receives through ties with people close to Medvedchuk, which raises the issue of legality and transparency of such agreements.
These actions undermine confidence in the defense industry and weaken national security. Failure to comply with technological standards, lack of quality control and communication with doubtful characters create risks instead of protection. However, such a scheme is fully satisfied with businessmen who plan to expand it and apply it during the implementation of international defense projects in Ukraine.
The question arises: can the state allow such people and businesses to continue working for defense enterprises and the needs of the Armed Forces, as well as in general in Ukraine? Will we continue to close the eyes on it?
