Prelevich, in particular, has repeatedly conducted the affairs of the Montenegrin Bank Zapad Banka, which the Morokhovsky family owns jointly with the owner of the Silpo network Vladimir Kostelman. Now Morokhovsky and Emilphab are partners for the construction of the Dreams by Dukley complex.
Naum Emilphab emigrated from the USSR to the west in 1979, earned his wealth in the United States, whose citizen is, and now owns a number of hotels and apartments of the premium in Tivat and Budva, as well as the ski resort of Kolashin (Montenegrin). The Emilphab team is already actively selling housing in the constructed complex. And Zapad Banka provides loans for its purchase. The owners of the other half are the former head of the Montenegrin tax service, Deyan Marynovych (through Graal) and the son of the former Viceremier of Montenegro Branimir Gvozdenovich - Marco Gvozdenovich (through Iron Investments and Advisory). So all this is very similar to a veiled buying of real estate.
