Gasoline prices in Ukraine are falling

In Ukraine, there is a significant decrease in gasoline prices for the two most popular brands-A-92 and A-95. Interestingly, this decrease is more in the central and western regions of the country than in the south and north.

The A-95 Consulting Group reported that this trend for the cheaper fuel has become noticeable after several months of prices. Over the last week, the wholesale price for A-92 has decreased by UAH 1.25 and amounted to 44.25 UAH/liter. A-95 fell on 25 cents and now costs 47.5 UAH/liter.

The average retail price for A-92 gasoline is 53.35 UAH/liter, and A-95-55.5 UAH/liter.

In the central and western regions, the wholesale value of A-95 gasoline was lower, within 45-49.5 UAH/liter, while in the north and south of the country prices range from 42.25 to 50.5 UAH/liter.

This cheaper gasoline began after the cessation of customs procedures for importing fuel from Bulgaria and Moldova since October 5. In addition, long queues are affected by the borders of the country.

According to the service, on the northern borders, the queues last from 6 to 11 days, and on the western borders - from 9 to 10 days. Gasoline supplies decreased by 40% compared to the beginning of October.

These gasoline prices occur against the background of reducing its value in European countries. In the southwestern region, the price of A-95 fell to $ 866 per tonne, which is $ 30 less than before, and on the Mediterranean coast the price decreased to $ 800 per tonne, which is $ 11 less.

Analysts have assured that there are no reasons for concern at this time because the motor fuel market is in stock.
