The company LLC "Bud-Technologi" was determined by the winner of the tender for the repair of the body of the children's hospital "Okhmatdit", which was injured from the rocket strike on July 8. According to our money, the price of the contract is UAH 307 million, but this proposal was one of the most expensive among the 14 participants of the competition.
Journalists point out that the prices of "Bud-Technologis" for some works are significantly inflated compared to other proposals. For example, repair of the facade panels of Reynaers and the interior walls of the HP panels will cost more than 100 million hryvnias, which is twice as much as competitors. The average income for one user of fixed communication services is estimated at UAH 219, and the cost of work in "Bud-Technolog" was disproportionately high.
It is noted that the customer, the Ohmatdit Charitable Foundation, did not conduct a tender within the framework of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", and organized a private competition for open use of donated funds. Three companies were included in the final of the competition: Bud-Technologi, DAC (UAH 310 million) and MEGA Profit Group (UAH 220 million). However, Maga Profit Group was rejected due to suspicions of tax documents, and DAK due to a scandalous reputation.
The Bud-Technologis received in a row due to the positive conclusion of the legal analysis from the "Capital Legal Foundation". However, the proposal of the winner showed problems, including leases of equipment, which is not suitable for the execution of part of the work, as well as the lack of information about the equipment for installation of the tile.
About the company "Bud-Technologis" it is known that it is registered in Zaporozhye and has not previously participated in state tenders. The firm gave an agreement with Kram-Invest LLC as evidence of experience, which, in fact, implemented the project of Sensar, which is related to the Zaporozhye developer Mark Marchenko.
Journalists also point to the connections of the firm with the Samopomich Party and the fact that the founders of "Bud-Technologis" have a dubious reputation, in particular, because of the previously detention of Marchenko for the fictitious acts of the work performed. In addition, it was planned to build a shopping and entertainment center in the areas that the firm intended to use for the rehabilitation center for veterans.
