The Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence recommended that the Verkhovna Rada adopt a revised bill No. 11379-d, which amends the Law on Mobilization Training and Mobilization. These changes eliminate legal uncertainty, which allows mobilization of persons up to 25 years, the committee member Irina Friz from the faction "European Solidarity" informed.
According to Fries, the Committee decided to recommend the adoption of this bill, both as a whole and in general. The document aims to eliminate a conflict that allows the territorial centers of staffing and social support to mobilize citizens up to 25 years.
According to the revised bill, citizens under 25 years who have been mobilized can be dismissed from military service to stock unless they want to continue the service.
This bill was registered with the Verkhovna Rada on June 24 and provides for the expansion of the circle of conscripts to provide delay from conscription during mobilization.
