The Asset Investigation and Management Agency (ARMA) continues to transfer the seized property related to Russian business structures to the state administration. One of the loudest examples is the confiscation of Russian online assets of PIN-UP-up for more than UAH 2.6 billion, which are already working in favor of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was reported by the head of the ARMA Olena Duma, noting that the list of arrested property includes signal facilities, in particular:

Monaco Restaurant - 1273 m² in the center of Kiev;

Restaurant Complex "Merchant Bid" - 536.5 m² on the capital highway;

Plaza Separation Hotel - 2965.5 m² in Podil;

Corporate rights: 75% in Monaco and the Merchant Courtyard, 50% in Guarantor Real Estate.
The inspection of the property was carried out by experts of the central apparatus of the ARMA together with the National Police under the direction of the deputy chairman of the agency Stanislav Petrov. The preparation of reports on the technical condition of the objects is currently underway. The Prozorro system also launches the process of selecting independent appraisers and managers.
The purpose is to use the assets in favor of the state as effectively as possible, in particular, to direct profits to support the Ukrainian army.
Earlier, ARMA has already transferred UAH 2.6 billion from the PIN-UP account. This has become one of the greatest examples of effective management of Russian assets since a full -scale invasion.
“Property no longer works on the aggressor country. It works for Ukraine and its defense, ”Olena Duma emphasized.
