From February to May 2024, the average wage in Ukraine remained stable, reaching 20 thousand hryvnias. However, since June, the labor market began to show positive changes. According to the portal works.ua, in the summer the average salary in Ukraine has grown to 21 thousand hryvnias, which indicates the restoration and adaptation of the labor market to new conditions.

After a few months of stability, in July 2024 there was an increase in key labor market indicators. The average wage has increased to 21 thousand hryvnias, which is a significant increase compared to the previous months. This growth does not quite correspond to seasonal trends, which emphasizes positive changes in the economic environment.

In particular, in July, analysts recorded an increase of 2.5% relative to June, when the average wage was UAH 20,500. This indicates the restoration of economic activity and increased business solvency.

Particular attention should be paid to professions with high earnings. Without taking into account management, military positions and IT professionals, the average monthly salaries in Ukraine have risen to the following levels:

  • Ceramists: 48 750 UAH
  • Endodontists: 45 000 UAH
  • Media latch: 42 500 UAH
  • Landers: 41 250 UAH

In addition to these specialists, higher salaries also receive reinforcers, dental equipment, regulators, car mechanics, autoelectrics, builders and furniture designers, whose income varies from 35,000 to 40,000 UAH.

The greatest increase in wages was observed in the fields of beauty, fitness and sports, accounting and audit, media, as well as in publishing and printing. This confirms the tendency to improve economic conditions in these industries.

Another positive signal is the number of vacancies that exceeds the pre -war indicators. This indicates that business in Ukraine has successfully adapted to the new conditions, despite the military conflict. It is important to note that an increase in the number of vacancies can be a sign of restoring economic stability and positive changes in the labor market.
