However, even if the decision is promptly made, the delivery timing remains uncertain: the new president, if he wants, can suspend, and weapons production takes considerable time. The decisive step on the part of the United States may also be Ukraine's permission to long -range strikes in the Russian territory, which does not require Congress approval, but demonstrates the determination of Baiden's administration to support Kiev.
Regarding the confiscation of Russian reserves of $ 5 billion and transferring them to Ukraine, it will be an important economic reinforcement in Ukraine's struggle against aggression. In addition, Biden can use the possibility to strengthen Iran's sanctions to limit his support for groups such as Hamas and Hezbolla. At the same time, the reduction of exports of Iranian oil could weaken its impact in the Middle East.
