Minkult did not allow Pianoboy to speak in Europe

Ukrainian musician Dmitry Shurov, known as Pianoboy, reported that he was not released abroad for a "better" charity tour, which was to reach 16 cities in Europe.

Together with the military violinist Moses Bondarenko, he planned speeches, the first of which was to take place on March 1 in Polish Lublin. However, according to the artist, the Ministry of Culture did not allow the departure, which forced the cancellation.

"Our with a military violinist Moses Bondarenko The joint tour is forced to transfer because the Ministry of Culture did not give me, like many other colleagues, permission to leave Ukraine," Shurov wrote on Facebook.

The Ministry of Culture has temporarily stopped issuing permits for artists and artists due to changes in legislation. This decision is intended to prevent abuse of departure permits, which were not used in some cases.

Earlier, there have already been cases where some artists left the country under the pretext of charitable events, but did not return or did not use the permission obtained.
